Most insurances are not accepted.  If I don't participate with your insurance plan, I will be happy to provide you with a Super bill  for you to submit to your insurance company. Please be advised that payment remains your responsibility , you will need to pay for services at the time of your appointment, and any reimbursement arrangements are between you and your insurance company. You should contact your insurance company to discuss your out of network benefits.  You may also be able to use you HSA or HRA to help with reimbursement.
